After August 16 - Participants should email shenandoah-reg@nbs.usbnc.org AND call Sara Fink (Assistant Registrar) at 703-582-9824 to ensure room availability, register and make payments. Participants should register early to ensure room availability at the hotel! If a minor arrives without parent/guardian or signed Sponsorship Agreement and Medical Release (which includes permission for the sponsor to sign the liability waiver), the registrar will immediately contact and fax or e-mail the forms to the parent/guardian for signature (parent can also download forms from the school’s website or Cvent site). The parent/guardian must fax (if the parent has access to a fax), or scan and e-mail, the forms back to the registrar at the school before the minor can enter the school. Otherwise, the parent/guardian must drive to The Natural Bridge school location to sign forms. If these options are not possible, we regret that the minor will need to be returned home. We
